
For many, mental health is not a linear path, but rather an ongoing process of trial and error.
When it comes to students, our goal should be finding happiness in what we GET the opportunity to do while we make our way towards a degree. While I know this sounds easy, if there is one piece of advice I can offer after doing this research; join an extracurricular outside of school or your job, enjoy time with friends, and experience new things while you have the opportunity. While it may not heal your anxiety or depression or whatever it is you may be struggling with, it may help alleviate what you are dealing with for the time being.
